This policy prepared by Gama Medikal has been created in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). Some of the data we have will be anonymized, no longer considered personal, and used for statistical purposes. These data are not subject to the Law and our Policy. Gama Medikal reserves the right to amend its policies and regulations in compliance with the Law and to ensure better protection of personal data.
III. Basic Rules for Processing Personal Data
a) Compliance with laws and honesty rules: “Gama Medikal” queries the source of data collected or received from other companies and ensures that it is obtained in accordance with legal and honesty rules. In this context, “Gama Medikal” makes the necessary notifications to third parties selling the services to ensure data protection.
b) Accuracy and timely updates: “Gama Medikal” ensures that all data within its system is accurate, does not contain incorrect information, and updates personal data if notified of any changes.
c) Processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes: “Gama Medikal” processes only data collected with consent during service provision. It does not process or use data for purposes outside of its operational needs.

According to the Law, personal data regarding a person's race, ethnicity, political views, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect, or other beliefs, clothing, membership in associations, foundations or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions, and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data, are considered special categories of personal data. "Gama Medikal" also takes the necessary measures, as determined by the Board, when processing special category personal data.

c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its intended purpose,

e) To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrect,
f) To request deletion or destruction of personal data as per the conditions set forth in Article 7,
g) To request notification of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred for actions taken under (e) and (f),
h) To object to results derived solely from automated processing of personal data that may affect them adversely,
ı) To request compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data.
However, there is no right for individuals regarding anonymized data within the company. "Gama Medikal" may share personal data with related institutions and organizations as part of judicial duties or legal authority exercises.
Data subjects may send their requests regarding the above rights by completing the contact form available on the official "Gama Medikal" website and signing it with a wet signature. The requests must be sent via registered mail along with a photocopy of an identification card (only the front side of the identity card for the ID card). Requests will be answered within 30 days after reaching the company. Additionally, only the parts related to the applicant will be answered, and requests regarding spouses, relatives, or friends will not be accepted. "Gama Medikal" may request additional relevant information and documents from applicants.
IX. Privacy Policy

All applications, as announced on the Privacy and KVKK pages, will be processed if sent by registered mail with a photocopy of the identity card. Requests regarding personal data can only be made by the data subject. Requests for third-party data will not be considered. Forms without a photocopy of the ID will not be processed. Even if data deletion requests are fulfilled, we are obligated to share the data with official authorities if requested.
Changes to the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy
"Gama Medikal" reserves the right to make changes to these statements. If a significant change is made, a link will be added to the homepage of the website allowing access to the updated statement. Guests who register for any product or service may be informed through the communication channels they have provided. The last update and update number are noted at the end of this document.
Any changes made to the statement become valid once the updated statement is published on the site. Using the site or any of our products or services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated statement.
